Request for Quotation( RFQ) - Approval Heirarchy in R12.1.3

Hello Oracle Gurus,


We are looking for a customisation. Oracle does not have heirarchy for Request for Quotations.

We have a requirement for approval heirarchy for RFQ's.

Approval Management Engine does not cater to RFQ's .

Is the customisation or building of a new workflow the possible solution in this case ?

Any other options ?
