Disk Device Busy (%) by Cloud EM Version 12.1.0.2.0

hello,

      I have an message Disk Device Busy (100%) i join you a Screen Shoot.

Constat - Maybe i have a bug with the version Cloud >>>> i have executed iostat -xkd 2 3600 dm-7 then i have verified very high Access Disk.( Join File log )

Result : What may i do to reduce my access disk I/O. 5 the program which is executed is :  BIAPPS by Informatica.

Action : what are the action that i have to execute to improve the number access disk i/o.

What are the guru who may help to me ?
