2014 contracts have still status active
Hi Team/ Gabriela,
Facing an unusual issue in the OKS as there are multiple contracts whose end date is 31-DEC-2014 however still they are showing as ACTIVE. ALready I have gone throgh the below doc id however I am unable to find out how toview the open orders against the Service agreement. Please advice
Expired Agreement Is Still In Active Status (Doc ID 1958390.1)
Also followed the below instructions
To view Sales Order:
1. Go to the Contracts (or Sales Contract) Manager responsibility, navigate to Launch Contracts > Contract Navigator tab.
2. Select the Contract Group that is Sales Contract.
3. Select the contract and right click on it to select Execution from the pop-up menu.
