How to set up preparer of a requisition in iProcurement ?

Hello,

We have some Directors ( high in the company hierarchy ) who need to raise a requisition in iProcurement.

Obviously the Directors will have Personal Assistants who raise requisitions on behalf of the Directors while the Directors can approve the requisition if required by clicking Approve on the email notification.

Now, how can we set up preparers in iProcurement ?

As by default the requisition approval hierarchy is initiated based on Preparer’s approval route

How can the approval route will diverted based on the reqestors hierarchy as opposed to Preparers Hierarchy ?
