R11i error on PARECOMMENDPATCHES module: Submit Recommend Patches (Wrapper)

Customer wanted to run Submit Recommend Patches (Wrapper) according with
       Method 1 - Patch Wizard (EBS Support Recommended)
met in
       How to Find E-Business Suite Recommended Patches (https://mosemp.us.oracle.com/epmos/faces/ui/km/DocumentDisplay.jspx?id=1400757.1Doc ID 1400757.1)
but faced with error
      Validating Staging directory '/eas/patches/R11i_115102/APPS_Patches'
       Error: Staging directory doesn't exist !
Please assist us with this issue.
