Planning iSeries Hardware Upgrade and OS to V7R1

We are on EnterpriseOne Xe SP 24.1.4 running Iseries V6R1, Mostly citrix clients. We are planning iSeries Hardware Upgrade and OS to V7R1.   Any documentation and suggestion for this upgrade will be appreciated.
