Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to close the OMERROR items type?

Hi All,

Does any body knows how to close the following kind of OM Error notifications?

message_type: OMERROR

message_name: OMERROR_MSG

Is just that they remain in status OPEN in wf_notifications table and need them to close in order to be purged.
