How to find the list of DB & application objects which get affected after applying an adpatch

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to find out the list of DB & application objects which get affected after applying an adpatch.

Please let us know what are the options we have.

The Patch Wizard utilty can help you to assess the impact of applying a patch to your system

But can i know any other way or any specific toll/document to get the details.
