Order Category "Mixed" is missing one time in LOV

Dear Legends,

I'm the DBA working for my Team support. It would be great if some one can help me on this issue.

In Order management with the following Navigation I don't find "mixed" in Order Category in LOV

Order Management -> Setup -> Transaction Types -> Define

Detailed Note from Tech Team: When selecting the Order we can't add a Return Line for the Workflow. If we select "Mixed" then we can add a Return Line for the Workflow.
