Oracle Advance Security on Client

Dear all,

My Oracle database is under Oracle Advance Security (Tablespace level).

Anyway, when from client connect to database, there is no need the key to access the database.

Thus, I would like to know, is there any way to set from client to database need to key for access database from database server ?

My purpose is to protect data connection from client to database server.

Every time client connect to database, there must be key for access database data.
