OEM Cloud control Email delivery is hung OMS restarting
Hi All,
We have setup OME Cloud control to monitor our oracle and mysql database environment. We noticed some of the email notification are not delivered at all and some of the notifications send after two or three days. we also observed that OMS is getting restarted every day around 3 or 4 AM
This is the error msg i got it in restart report.
Notification Delivery,EMAIL DELIVERY is hung, its execution exceeded 3600 seconds time limit
for queue=EMAIL8, device_id=0, ruleset_name=DEFAULT_RULESET_FOR_ALL_TARGETS,
rule_name=TARGET_AVAIL_DOWN_INCIDENT_CREATION, rule_owner=<SYSTEM>. Restarting OMS
in the same log file there was also message like
