Oracle Standard Edition & SPM

Hi,

I was wondering if baseline collection (SPM) works on a Standard Edition (11.2.0.4) database. I've enabled it (optimizer_capture_sql_plan_baselines set to true) but the dba_sql_plan_baselines view remains empty.

It's is RAC environment.
