Is it compulsory run -create accounting in Final mode after ensuring cost update process and GMF Pe

Please Let me Know,

Is it compulsory run -create accounting in Final mode after ensuring cost update process and

GMF Period close process for process organization are completed in Final mode.

Because i had Run - Create Accounting in Final mode

without running Cost Update and GMF Period close Process organization in final mode

So,please Guide me What should i do now?
