Plugin to monitor APEX and RESTful

Is there a plugin(s) for the agent to monitor APEX and/or the RESTful service? I have seen that there is a target type for RESTful. We have the service running on a host that we have the agent monitoring a database, but I have not seen the RESTful target show up on any window in the OMS.
