Setting for Confirmed Load Status in Transportation Constants

We have a load that is at Status '45', which is partially loaded.  When we go back to try to confirm the remaining shipments, we get this err msg: Load Status Invalid.  The error message says: If the program you called in Confirm Load, the load status must be greater than or equal to the approved status, and less than the confirmed status from the Transportation Constants.

Currently, Transportation Constants have Approved Load Status = 30, and Confirmed Load Status = 70.  Is the solution to change the Confirmed Load Status to '40'?
