OTL Preferences - reset values set by employee

If an  OTL preference was set as editable and an user changes the values via "Preferences > Oracle Time and Labor Preferences", is there a way to set it to default/retrieve the values from the Preference Setup values.

Example:

We found that our preference "Self Service Timecard Status that Allows User Edits" was editable by users (in error) and we had a user change the value.   We want to be able to reset the user values so that it once again is the values from the preference setups (via US OTL Application Developer - Preferences).   

Is there a way to do that.
