san lost power, now asm has issue with 3 disks.

Oracle 11.2.0.3.0 Std Edition One w/ GI

ASM only, no RAC

Oracle Linux 5.6  - 64bit

Some foul up when a new PDU installed on the rack holding our test SAN.  Some databases were file system based, two of them ASM.  A reboot of the servers got the OS to re-read the disks for the file system data and those databases were then able to start.  Issue is with the ASM.

One disk group (4 total, for two databases) has two fail groups, one on ssd, one on san, three disks each, with the SSD group being 'preferred read'

ASM was able to start and mount the disk groups, allowing the databases to start.  But the 3 disks in the SAN based fail group are showing as follows:
