Conditional Page Break in BI Publisher RTF / Conditional Cell Formatting

Hello,

Is it possible to add a condition in a repeating section to create a page break?  For example I would like to page break on when description = Liabilities on a balance sheet.

Also, in the RTF if I am using a table layout out is it possible to control formatting (ex. border) based on a condition.  For example I would like to underline total assets.
