Received an error message below via AccuWage to test the state of VA mag media file (F078691VA).

     "Cost of Employer-Sponsored Health Coverage [Position 295-309]' - RT record

Any ideas why getting this message and how to tackle this error?  This is my first year creating various state mag media files.  I also received one for the federal mag media file but found a workaround to fix for the time being.
