Trigger on csi_ip_accounts not firing when IB is created from OM

Hi,

We're trying to integrate an external application with Oracle Installed Base.  I have created a trigger (definition below).  The trigger works fine when IB instance is created from Installed Base UI.  However, it does nothing when IB instance is created by sales order processing.  Since data still goes into same tables, I find this very confusing.  Can anyone throw some light on this?
