Getting 'Couldn't open registry' the moment I am signing into the Portal Demo 9.1 PeopleTools 8.54.0

I have attached the logs.

The moment I enter the user ID(VP1) and password(VP1) on the Peoplesoft Signon page and click on Signin button, I am getting blank page with the strange error 'Could not open registry'. The Application is Portal 9.1 and Tools 8.54.03 on Linux 6.5.Name of the environment is PADMO91.

I have opened a ticket with Oracle and they suggested that the users can still login even when the App server logs says the sbove error.
