How do you use a Database Template with 'oakcli' to create a database?

Considering the Database Templates shown in Appendix B of the "Oracle® Database Appliance Administration and Reference Guide Release 12.1.2.1.0 for Linux x86-64 E55580-02" document online at https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E22693_01/doc.12/e55580/toc.htm, how can you select one of those templates, such as the 'Very, Very Small' Template. to use as part of the 'oakcli' command to create a database?  The only config file found as a 'db_config_parameter' file to use with the '-params' parameter was '/opt/oracle/oak/install/dbconf/default.dbconf'.  Is there another parameter and/or location for the database template files in Appendix B, or are they made available for choosing when running the 'oakcli create database' command?
