API Error (CS_SR_SECURITY_UTIL.SECURE_SR_TASK_OWNER): The task owner does not satisfy service securi

Hi All,


We were calling API JTF_TASKS_PUB.update_task () to update tasks but it results in the following error:

“API Error (CS_SR_SECURITY_UTIL.SECURE_SR_TASK_OWNER): The task owner does not satisfy service security rules. Please choose an owner with proper privileges. Error ocurred while raising event for task id 12851028”

This error is displayed specifically for Tasks where owner type is 'Employee Resource'.

I have gone through few metalink notes where suggested solution was to turn off the service level security by setting the Service System Parameter, Service Request Security to No Security.

But I guess after setting this the Type-Responsibility mappings/Problem Code mapping setting will not apply.
