One Touch Dial in Open UI mobile application

Hi,

We have a requirement, where we have to display the phone image for  each contact on the mobile app and when we touch the phone image, it should call up that particular contact.

We can display the image but not sure about the dial feature. In html5 we have tel attribute , but not sure how to use it. When used with href, it comes as hyper link.

Can somebody suggest anything ?
