Depreciation Method

We have one of its kind requirement from our client. In the first year of depreciation, only 50% of the allowable depreciation can be taken, and the rest of the depreciation to be taken in the later part of life. How can we achieve this? Can we tweak the STL method for this? or create a new depreciation method? if yes, table method will do?
