The RMAN duplicate database operation is failing with following errors:

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on prmy3 channel at 12/18/2014 11:31:32

ORA-19558: error de-allocating device

ORA-19557: device error, device type: DISK, device name:

ORA-17627: ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

ORA-03135: connection lost contact

channel prmy3 disabled, job failed on it will be run on another channel

RMAN-00601: fatal error in recovery manager

RMAN-03004: fatal error during execution of command

RMAN-04006: error from auxiliary database: ORA-12537: TNS:connection closed

Primary database alert.log shows following:

PING[ARC2]: Heartbeat failed to connect to standby 'wcss1'. Error is 16058.
