Different rounding rules in PO and PO reciept. Why? How to set up one rule?

Dear frinds, I have a problem with rounding rules on good reciept. There is a difference between PO lines and PO reciept lines. (price 14,03081581012692484641822954723823441857; quantity 2463,4)

In fact at PO I have a right Rounding rule, but after transact recieving - I have a difference in 0,01.
