How to Enable Time Stamp On The Date Parameter For The Accrual Reconciliation Load Run (Doc ID 15529

Hi All

The timestamp is not showing on the date to parameter for the Accrual Reconciliation Load Run report. We cannot reconcile Accrual to GL. I have confirmed with our DBA and Patch:16188096:R12.BOM.C was applied on our production instance with the rolled out patches we applied. Kindly advise which patch we must apply to show the timestamp on the date to parameter for Oracle version 12.1.3
