MSS Termination with Change Manager & Direct Reports have Future Termination

Hi all,

I need clarification on whether this scenario can be process via Manager Self Service or not.

We need to terminate a supervisor, so the Change Manager process is displayed as expected.  But for one (or more) of the Direct Reports for the supervisor have future terminations as well.  So when the manager tries to reassign them to a new supervisor Error message 'There are future dated changes to the following person:...' which then prevents the Manager actioning the Termination process via MSS beyond this page for the supervisor.

So is there something I am missing which wil allow the processing of this scenario or is this just seeded functionality and the termination of supervisors meeting this scenario will need to be handled within Core HR.
