RMA line stuck in "Awaiting Return"
Hello Friends,
RMA line stuck in "Awaiting Return", I have checked and found that records got stuck "RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE" with PROCESSING_STATUS_CODE = Error, TRANSACTION_TYPE= RECEIVE, PROCESSING_MODE_CODE =BATCH and TRANSACTION_STATUS_CODE = PENDING.
I have re-submitted Receiving Transaction processor with stuck group id but no luck. Same error record, i couldn't see in Transaction status summary and no error message in workflow also.
Please suggest, Shall i delete these records from rcv_transactions_interface and try to process workflow?
