Single NIC presenting Two IP addresses to Switch on Single MAC

Hardware

HP ProLiant DL360p Gen8

4 motherboard mounted 10/100/1000 NIC ports

10G SFP+ network card with 2 ports

Software

Oracle Linux 6 update 63.8.13-44.1.1.el6uek.x86_64

One of the motherboard ports is configured on the production network and the 2 10G SFP+ are configured with 2 IP addresses on the same subnet.

On investigation onto the network switch the MAC address assigned to one of the ports is presenting both IP addresses although the configuration on the server is that each port is configured separately.

Can anyone give any suggestions as to what I have misconfigured.
