R12.1.3 After applying patch 19030202 RPC2 APPLICATIONS COLOR BACKGROUND TURNS BLUE

Hi,

After applying patch 19030202 RPC 2  (12.1..3 +) colors in OA Framework pages are not appear correctly, but have a dark blue background and font(size) used may be smaller or larger.

We haven’t  this problem  on all l pages

Exemple : screen in
Home page ok
Paging and utilities ko (dark blue) (Oracle Application Manager menu)
