How to add DFF and other logic to oracle mobile page in MSCA/MWA

We have a requirement to add DFF to one of the mobile function INV_MOB_CYCL_COUNT AND making UOM based on some lookup where with item the UOM will get default in mobile for function INV_MOB_PO_RCPT


any one had idea about the java extension for this ?
