What is the recommended number of Essbase security file backups based

We are running Essbase version 11.1.2.1.  In the config file there is an option, NUMBEROFSECFILEBACKUPS , to set the number of security backup files.  We have it at the default number of 2.  Is there a recommended number that it should be set to?
