Set Org for User at signon

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

I am looking to see if a Personalization can be set (or a Profile option) that will allow the Org to be set when a user signs on using a specific responsibility.  Example we have a VUSA Maintenance Superuser responsibility, but we have 3 different Orgs that use that responsibility.  I know that I can create 3 different responsibilities for each of the Orgs.  I am trying not to do that.  Creative ideas on how to accomplish and any hints on Personalization are welcomed!
