AWE Workflow process to consider only Requisitions and Purchase Orders Through Workflow With a Budge

We are on 9.2 and in the upgrade process. I came across the community it is an enhancement request for future release but for Virtual Approver. I'm looking on AWE

Enhancement Request For Virtual Approver to Only Route Requisitions and Purchase Orders Through Workflow With a Budget Check Status of Valid (Doc ID 1179113.1)

I would like to know is this enhancement ready in 9.2 or how it works currently in 9.2?
