Invoices disappearing from all AP Interfaces table and Not processed either

Since last 10 days , Our Business faces an issue in relation to our daily Payables Open Invoice Interface report.Issue being , we are noting some Invoices are being disappeared from both AP Interface  and AP Interface Rejections tables. Neither we see them in AP Invoices all as well. Also they are getting deleted with No reason recorded any where.As am planning to have Run the Import with Debug mode. Meanwhile please can request respected team here for some insights in this ?
