Can't Find Some Reports

We are implementing Expenses 9.2.  Our demo environment, which includes all current patches/bundles, doesn't have the Cash Advances by Business Unit (EXC5601), Cash Advance Aging by Business Unit (EXC5701) or the GL Balancing Report (EXC3500).  They should be found via Travel and Expenses > Manage Accounting > Print Reports, but they are not there.  Logged in as VP1, I have role UPG_ALLPNLS, which has perm list ALLPAGES.  All the reports are there (the menu is AUDIT_ENPENSE_FUNCTIONS), and the correct boxes checked.  But I cannot get the reports through the expected navigation.

Thoughts?
