Upgrep is Slow

We are currently upgrading from 8.0.0.9 SIA to 8.1.1.11 SIA.  .11 Siebel is installed on Windows Server 2012, our database is IBM DB2 v9.7 and is on an AIX machine.  This is a DEV environment and the database is only 102MB.  We have followed bookshelf and completed the necessary tasks.  We are in the process of running the upgrep.  This has been running for approximately 5 days now.  We have encountered some issues along the way that we have fixed and picked up the upgrep where it left off.  Now we are at the step of "Importing Common Ancestor Repository"
