Approved Requisition still Getting Email Notifications
We have been using ePro for a few years, with email notifications upon route for approval, denied, fully approved. We are now setting up the process to send daily emails when approvals are still pending. To do this, I did the following:
- eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Workflow > Event Definition
Looked at APPROVALACTIVITYEMAIL event to make sure it is active
- Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Approvals > Configure Transactions
For Header Event 'Route for Approval' in the notifications section, Frequency tab, set the number of hours to 24 and the max notification to 999
