iExpense Tables - Required for a report

I am looking to build a report with the following columns and I am looking for table/column names for the ones below:
Expense Report Number (AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_HEADERS_ALL -> Invoice Number)
Submit Date - (AP_EXPENSE_REPORT_HEADERS_ALL -> Report_submitted_date)
Direct Approver ???
Direct approvers Approval Date ???
Final Approver ??
Final approvers Approval Date ???
Audit Approver ????
Audit Approval Date ????
Payment Date ????
