Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We have a simular issue error to note - Doc ID 1946425.1

Create a Service Request and Task
Schedule task from task on service request og dispatch center.
Error thrown

APP-CSR-254000: An unexpected internal error has occurred.

Exception: Numeric Overflow (java.sql.SQLException: Numeric Overflow)

Our task Confirmation field is not set to "Required"

( Task_confirmation_status = N , table: jtf_task_b

Any advice?
