Default collect element based on another element entered value

Hello,

In Oracle Quality I am trying to have a collection element default from another value entered in a different element.

Example; when a user inputs the job number in the collection element have the item element populate with the Assembly item. User are ok with it being an LOV on the item element but right now user can pick any item assigned to the given organization.
