How to Share A Report for a Specific User

I'm in the process of creating customized opportunity reports for our sales reps.  Once the report is built is it possible to share this report with a particular user (sales rep)?

I would like only the Sales Rep to see only their reports and not the others and if I create a shared folder for Sales Reps all the Reps would see everyone's reports.  Not a show stopper but just wanting to know if it's possible to create reports and share those reports with a particular user in Oracle.

If this functionality is not available, can I then share this report by the role in Oracle.
