Unable to obtain the JpsContext. oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredStoreException: PKI-02002

Receiving the following error after running "dump_credentials.sh".  This command ran fine yesterday, but today is throwing the following exception.  I'm not sure how the wallet works and what dependencies exist, but it seems as though the password expired or something like that.  I would provide more information, but I'm not sure what information would be helpful.  We are running RPM 13 on Red Hat Linux 5.9 64 bit against an 11.2.0.3 database which is also running on the same OS.
