CRM Desktop 3.9: Avoid Siebel entities to Synch to Mobile Device

In Oracle CRM Desktop for Siebel version 3.7 and prior, when user would setup MS Exchange Account on his Mobile device, it would synch Siebel entities (Opportunities and Accounts) as contacts. As a result, it would start displaying all Accounts and Opportunities in Phone contacts. This would result in garbage data on phone.

On Oracle web support we found that this issue is fixed in v3.9.

I would like to know if it is an inbuilt feature of 3.9 version where there are no changes required? OR

Will I have to modify XML/JS files to accomplish this feature?
