x4200 M2 TOP FAN LED lit, After replace FAN and FAN board.

x4200 M2 TOP FAN LED lit, After replace FAN and FAN board.

Hello.  like the title, We have issue(x4200 M2)

the error log in the ILOM said :"Fan : ft0.fm2.f0.speed : Lower Non-recoverable going low : reading 0"

I replace the FAN(ft0.fm2) and Fan board(ft0), reset ILOM

but the lit alway On. And Opening the Fan Bay Door, the ft0,fm2 lit is On too.

what's the problem? what is my next AP?
