Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We are using TCA for Receivables and have enabled Advanced Search.

We have upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.1.3+ on November 10, 2014.

Since then we are struggling with profile option "HZ: DQM Synchronization Method"

When interfacing customers into Receivables the above profile option should be set to "Y" to start "DQM synchronization program" automatically.

But it conflicts with HR when running Web-ADI because this needs the profile option set to "Batch" and it cannot be set on Application.

The result is that "DQM synchronization program" doesn't run automatically which causes recurring data issues.

Is anyone familiar with the co-operation of those Applications (AR and HR) and the respective Profile Option and how to prevent data issues?
