Line level hold code gets populated to header after running R42750

,we have setup a process where a holdcode is set on linelevel if an item is out of availabilty.

To get the quantities into the planning, we do not want to delete them.

If we now get into such an order with P4210 and do some changes on other positions the automatic repricing is putting the line level holdcode to the order header and then populates the holdcode to all lines.

How can we prohibit the system to change the holdcode.
