Why I cannot see a Legal Entity in the Accounting Setup ->Accounting Options ->Intercompany Accounts

Hi Community,

I'm creating a new Legal Entity and at this point I cannot create a new record and the screen not shows any Legal Entity, What and where I need to do in order this screen shows a Legal Entity?
